Holland Pathways is currently hiring compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses for our Detox Recovery Center. We are growing quickly and have immediate openings available.
This position is ideal for nurses who want meaningful, hands on work in a recovery focused environment and who are ready to make an impact from day one.

What You Will Do

Provide direct nursing care to clients in a detox and recovery setting

Monitor vital signs and withdrawal symptoms

Administer medications and follow physician orders

Document care accurately and consistently

Collaborate with the clinical and support teams to ensure safe, effective care

Support clients with professionalism, compassion, and respect throughout early recovery
What We Are Looking For

Active RN or LPN license in good standing

Counselor - Substance Use Disorder/Behavioral Health Licensed Counselor
Holland Pathways is seeking a licensed Counselor to join our clinical team in Wichita. This role is ideal for clinicians who want to do meaningful, hands-on work in a structured, team-driven environment focused on real outcomes—not just check-the-box treatment.
As a Counselor at Holland Pathways, you will work directly with clients across the full continuum of care, providing consistent therapeutic support while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team committed to ethical, client-centered treatment.

What You Will Do
- Provide individual and group counseling services across multiple levels of care (Detox, Residential, and step-down programming)
- Facilitate structured groups that support recovery, relapse prevention, and skill development
- Develop, update, and execute individualized treatment plans in coordination with the clinical team
- Complete clinical documentation that is timely, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and payer standards
- Collaborate closely with medical providers, case managers, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and clinical discussions
- Maintain clear professional boundaries and adhere to ethical and licensing standards
- Support clients through early recovery, including periods of high acuity and transition
What We Are Looking For
- Active LAC, LMAC, or LCAC license in good standing (Kansas)
- Experience in addiction treatment, mental health, or co-occurring disorders preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage a caseload in a structured environment
- Effective group facilitation skills (not just attendance—ability to engage and manage dynamics)
