Clinical Director
This is a full-time on-site Clinical Director role located in Wichita, KS. The Clinical Director will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations, manage a team of clinicians, and ensure the delivery of trauma-responsive services. Responsibilities include providing clinical supervision, implementing evidence-based practices, and promoting trauma informed care within the facility.
Qualifications
- Clinical Supervision and Behavioral Health experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience working in substance abuse treatment
- Licensed Clinical Adictions Counselor or equivalent Clinical Licensure in Kansas
